The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the Website automatically acquire, in their regular operation, some Personal Data which are implicitly transmitted when using internet communication protocols (hereinafter “Implicitly Transmitted Data”).

Implicitly Transmitted Data are not collected in order to be associated with specific persons or interests; nonetheless, they can, by their very nature and through association and processing with other data held by third parties, lead to the identification of the Users.

The Controller might cancel any subscription to the newsletter and/or interrupt the performance of any other service whatsoever in case the User provides false statements concerning his or her Personal Data.

THE USER’S RIGHTS, COMPLAINTS AND CONSENT WITHDRAWAL

The Data Subjects may exercise, at any time, the right to access, amend, update and delete any collected Personal Data as well as to restrict the processing or to object to the processing and the right of data portability.
