Personal Data freely, voluntarily and explicitly sent by email or through the forms provided by the Website, including but not limited to the User’s e-mail address and the information contained in the email, are acquired by the Controller for the purpose of replying to the User’s requests exclusively.

Personal Data are not diffused, transmitted to third subjects, nor transferred to third countries and/or international organizations.

Personal Data are not processed by automated means/decision-making, including profiling.

Except for Implicitly Transmitted Data, the disclosure of any other Personal Data or information by the User is optional.

It is worth recalling, however, that in case of specific requests by the User, including any request as to the newsletter and the recruiting process, the disclosure of certain Personal Data might result to be essential in order to provide the required services. In these cases, the Controller might decide to dismiss incomplete requests without any notice and responsibility whatsoever.

The Controller might cancel any subscription to the newsletter and/or interrupt the performance of any other service whatsoever in case the User provides false statements concerning his or her Personal Data.


The Data Subjects may exercise, at any time, the right to access, amend, update and delete any collected Personal Data as well as to restrict the processing or to object to the processing and the right of data portability.

The Data Subjects have the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

The Data Subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority located in the Member State of his or her habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement.
